History & Family Adoption

No. We do not issue refunds, partial or otherwise, on any final purchase for ANY REASON.

We do not issue refunds on hedgehogs for ANY REASON. However, if after two weeks you feel that your hedgehog’s personality isn’t a good fit for you, we can offer to swap them for another hedgehog after we try to work with you to bond with your new hedgehog. If your hedgehog has already been with you for two months though, we cannot do a swap.

The option for getting your pet: You can have your pet(s) shipped to the nearest major airport for $175 in most cases*.

Meet Adoption

ABOUT BUYING OUR PET

A pet is a commitment for the life of that animal. We do not condone impulse buying of a pet from us. We will not answer basic care questions for potential buyers because this shows us you haven’t done adequate research to ready yourself for bringing a hedgehog, Ferret or Chincilla home with you. Children should not be expected to be the primary caretaker of a pet. If you are getting a hedgehog for a child you need to be prepared to be the primary caretaker. We will always accept the surrender of one of our pets for any reason, no questions asked. But there are no refunds for any reasons.
